Solution: You can sign in without a password. Indeed will send a code to your email. After you sign in, you can create a new password.
You might have to answer some security questions. If you don’t know the answers, contact us. We can verify your account by phone and send you a link to reset your password.
Issue: I am not getting sign-in emails.
Solution: There are a few actions you can take. You can:
- Make sure you are using the right email address. You can try typing it in again to check.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ask your IT team to allow emails from Indeed.com.
Issue: I see a message that says my account does not have a password.
Solution: You’ll see this error if your Indeed account was created using a sign-in code instead of a password. Try signing in with your Apple or Google account. If that doesn’t work, contact us—we’re happy to help you get back in.
