Job Description:


Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.


Job Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in Office Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
