Job Description:

 

Provide administrative support to various departments and functions, including production, sales, quality control, purchasing, customer service, and finance.

Manage documents efficiently, ensuring they are well-prepared and organized.

Handle copying or scanning of correspondence and other documents.

Archive production documents electronically or in hard copy format.

Communicate with vendors as assigned by the production head.

Manage all shipping-related tasks, including paperwork and arrangements.

Manage requirements, supplies, and equipment for production needs.

Prepare documents related to incoming goods, outgoing goods, shipping, returns, and other tasks.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Admin or in a similar role.

Proficient in understanding the production workflow process.

Competent in computer usage, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, and other relevant programs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
