Job Description:


  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Define brand attributes, values, and personality traits to create a unique and compelling brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop brand guidelines, standards, and visual identity systems to guide brand execution and communications.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, activations, and events to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness and affinity.
  • Monitor and measure brand performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of branding principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Experience with market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
