Job Description:


  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and reviews to identify compliance risks and gaps.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Investigate compliance violations, complaints, and incidents, and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and findings.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field. Compliance certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
