Job Description:


Supervise all project plans and schedules for both groups and individuals.

Facilitate transparent communication among divisions regarding operations, maintain documentation of correspondences, and liaise with the project team regarding project advancements.

Manage document processing, ensuring completeness, and interact with third parties, while maintaining detailed notes and generating reports.

Proficiently categorize, archive, update, and routinely verify documents.

Oversee specific project expenses tracking and team resource management, including attendance, schedule adjustments, and work schedules.

Ensure project activities adhere to budget constraints and prepare financial reports detailing project-related income and expenses.

Produce weekly and monthly progress reports.



Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional administration, secretarial, or personal assistant roles.

Active, communicative, detail-oriented, and meticulous.

Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, discipline, loyalty, and dedication.

Proficiency in English is advantageous.
