  • Customer care and responding to their requests related to our services;
  • Communication with the main warehouse and all higher-level departments;
  • Resolving requests from recipients of shipments via phone, email and social media
  • Tracking the delivery process

Job Experience

  • Previous work experience in the same or similar position will be considered an advantage, but is not essential;
  • Excellent knowledge of the office (Word, Excel) package;
