Job Description:



Doing tasks related to planning and managing budgets, including talking to other departments and outside organizations about money stuff.

Helping with planning and managing budgets for the organizations we look after.

Making budgets for organizations, setting up rules for budgets, and asking for approval.

Collecting, checking, and sending basic budgets to the bosses, and checking yearly reports.

Watching over and approving changes to budgets during the year, and asking for approval for changes.

Asking for regular and extra reports about money and putting them together as needed, then sending them to the right places.

Getting and checking reports and other money stuff from healthcare institutions we manage.




Having a high school diploma or a vocational qualification.

It’s good if you’ve worked in government before and know about budgeting and public finance.

Knowing how to use computers, like writing documents in Word and making tables in Excel, is important.
