Job Description:


Provide support and assistance in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.

Maintain employee records and HRIS databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Previous experience in HR roles or relevant internships.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and confidentiality.
