Job Description:


  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and other HR functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
