Job Description:


  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing paperwork.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative or HR experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
