Job Description:



Doing tasks related to registering real estate rights and changes, following the rules and laws about real estate.

Checking documents to make sure they’re right and complete.

Making decisions and keeping the public real estate register up to date for specific matters.

Doing tasks the boss gives, like giving out documents.

Getting documents ready for the boss to sign.

Getting documents ready for legal issues about real estate that aren’t settled.

Dealing with documents about security and giving out information when asked.

Taking fees for services and making sure the money’s handled right.

Helping customers, like giving them copies of documents and helping with cases.

Helping make reports and checking reports and complaints from the public.



Having a vocational qualification or a bachelor’s degree, or studying law.

  • Previous experience in real estate administration, legal assistance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is highly desirable.
