Job Description:


Coordinate day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.

Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards.

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Proven experience in operations coordination or administrative roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
