Job Description:


Supervising the entire order fulfillment process, from taking orders to delivering them.

Managing inventory levels to ensure we have enough stock without overstocking or running out of products.

Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to organize product storage, picking, and packing efficiently.

Setting up and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure customers receive high-quality products.

Finding ways to make our operations run smoother and cost less by improving processes.

Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand what customers want and adjusting inventory levels accordingly.

Looking at data and numbers to find areas where we can do better.

Keeping up with what’s happening in e-commerce and figuring out the best ways to fulfill orders.



A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience managing operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Good knowledge of how e-commerce order fulfillment works, including managing inventory and shipping orders.

Experience with warehouse management systems  and similar software is a bonus.

Great at solving problems and analyzing things to find ways to improve.
