Responsibilities & Context

• Trains & motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
• Work closely with the operation team to improve existing products.
• To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning.
• Coordinate with related departments for smooth production.
• According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing.
• Ensure that the wet process and dry process run based on the approved SOP.

• Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.

• Special assignment Follow up quality standard of product and ensure quality standard of delivered product.
• Follow up and monitoring shift supervisor.
• Executing quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
