Job Description:



  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified candidates for job openings.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
