Job Description
- Organizes customer reception and schedules service appointments
- Maintains a schedule for scheduling service appointments in the service center
- Receives cars in service, prepares a work order, performs a visual inspection of the vehicle in the presence of the client and records the inspection.
- Submits the work order to the service manager, requests information about the scope of operations to be performed on the car, determines the time required for execution, and arranges a pick-up date with the client.
- Notifies the client of any defects in the car if they are identified during car servicing
- Prepares an invoice for car servicing
- Prepares all documents related to quality control of the service performed, records remarks and decisions on acceptance of certain service operations by the client
- Issue vehicle inspection checklists
- Maintains and monitors the customer database
- Monitors the flow of internal documents related to mutual work at his/her workplace and others that are correlated with his/her work.
Job Experience
- Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of working with automotive parts will be considered an advantage
- Active knowledge and use of a computer (MS Office)
- Driving license B category
- Communication, proactivity
- Organizational skills, teamwork and deadline-related work and timely completion
- With and without work experience in the same or similar position (candidates with work experience will have priority)
