Job Description

• Daily organization of work activities in a retail store
• Responsible for employees in the sales facility: Care and recording of employees’ working hours; Participation in the selection and recruitment process of their team; Improving the skills and knowledge of employees; Supporting and nurturing team spirit
• Active implementation and monitoring of company processes, codes and defined standards by the Employer; implementation of procedures in accordance with legal regulations
• Responsible for work results, monitoring them and active implementation of all planned activities in order to achieve planned sales goals
• Monitoring of stock of goods and managing the process of receiving and returning goods
• Care and responsibility for the daily market, responsible for the cash register and treasury
• Cash register operation and collection
• Care and maintenance of high standards of customer service, appearance and hygiene of the facility

Job Experience

• Relevant professional experience in the same or similar position in the textile industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced team leadership skills and experience in leading a team
• Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize and set goals)
• Knowledge of English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
• Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
