Job Description:


Ensure smooth store operations by arranging employee schedules, maintaining operational system readiness, controlling product availability, and ensuring neatness of displays.

Facilitate changes to displays and visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement.

Monitor service quality and effectively handle customer complaints.

Drive sales and enhance sales room productivity through active selling and B2B initiatives.

Execute digital sales activities and campaigns to expand the customer base.


Job Requirements:


Provide monthly reports and progress evaluations.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous.

Possess digital selling skills.

Strong communication skills and effective leadership abilities.

Capable of working within a target-oriented environment.
