Job Description:


Implement the use of recruitment work systems/tools.

Participate in all stages of training to master required competencies, including conducting interviews, negotiating with candidates, and searching for candidates as needed.

Implement the use of recruitment test tools.

Fulfill candidates according to the assigned portfolio during the on-the-job training stage.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Negotiation abilities with a focus on fostering positive candidate experiences.
