Job Description:


  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for positions.
  • Manage the offer process, negotiate salary and benefits, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners to build talent pipelines and networks.
  • Coordinate and participate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs, networking events, and employer brand campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent management processes.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
