*Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, set up, and manage network systems like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
2. Install and support network operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and Cisco IOS for best performance.
3. Monitor network performance and traffic using tools to spot and fix issues early.
4. Set up and manage network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs to guard against cyber threats.
5. Create and follow network policies and best practices to meet security and industry standards.
6. Troubleshoot and fix network problems quickly to keep everything running smoothly.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications
2. Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role with strong networking knowledge.
3. Skilled in setting up and managing network devices and services like routers, switches, firewalls.
4. Strong understanding of network security, including access controls, encryption, authentication, and security protocols.
5. Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
