Job Description:
Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans for buildings, structures, and spaces.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements and constraints.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural drawings and renderings.
Incorporate sustainable design principles and building codes into architectural plans.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience in architectural design or drafting roles.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and rendering tools.
Strong design skills and creativity.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
