Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology solutions.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project implementation.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements validation, testing, and user acceptance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development or technology projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
