Financial Controller

Job Description:

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard assets.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial health.
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
