Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing paperwork.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative or HR experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
