Instructional Designer

Job Description:

• Design and develop instructional materials, courses, and training programs to support organizational learning and development objectives.
• Analyze training needs, learning objectives, and target audience characteristics to determine appropriate instructional strategies and delivery methods.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques, multimedia, and technology tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to review, revise, and update training content as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design or eLearning development roles.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and instructional technology tools.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
