Job Description:
- Design and develop instructional materials, courses, and training programs to support organizational learning and development objectives.
- Analyze training needs, learning objectives, and target audience characteristics to determine appropriate instructional strategies and delivery methods.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques, multimedia, and technology tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to review, revise, and update training content as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design or eLearning development roles.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and instructional technology tools.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
