Investment Banker

Job Description:

• Advise clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
• Prepare pitch books, financial models, and investment proposals to support client engagements.
• Negotiate terms and structure of deals, and coordinate with legal, regulatory, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders in the financial community.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
