Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Plan and schedule shipments, deliveries, and routes to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs to optimize logistics processes and minimize risks.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to logistics activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
