Job Description:
- Assess patients’ health status, symptoms, and medical history to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and responses to treatments, and communicate findings to healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute care or specialty area.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
