Job Description:
- Analyze supply chain data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain supply chain models, forecasts, and inventory planning tools to support decision-making and planning processes.
- Monitor and evaluate inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance to ensure optimal inventory management and supply availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to coordinate supply chain activities and initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to identify potential disruptions or issues in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to streamline supply chain processes and drive efficiency and cost savings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with supply chain software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, SCM).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
