Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and document system requirements, specifications, and designs to support business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and test system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users and IT teams during system implementation, integration, and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
