Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and reviews to identify compliance risks and gaps.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Investigate compliance violations, complaints, and incidents, and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and findings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field. Compliance certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) preferred.
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
