Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and other HR functions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
