Job Description:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections of processes, products, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze data and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends or patterns that may impact product or service quality.
Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and best practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
