Job Description:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified candidates for job openings.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
