Social Worker Staff

Job Description:

• Assess clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges to develop individualized care plans and interventions.
• Provide counseling, support, and advocacy services to individuals, families, and communities facing social, emotional, or behavioral issues.
• Connect clients with appropriate resources, services, and support networks to address their needs and improve their well-being.
• Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to coordinate care and services for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, interventions, and progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• State licensure or certification as a social worker required.
• Previous experience working in a social work or human services setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and cultural competence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
